WOOD BETONY
Stachys officinalis
Liquid extract of dried flowering tops & leaf.

Actions: Sedative. Analgesic and anodyne. Astringent.

Uses: Nervousness and anxiety. Neuralgia, headache and toothache. Support during recovery from drug addictions.
Troubled sleep and nightmares. Coughs, bronchitis and asthma. Biliousness, colic and gastrointestinal spasms.

Dose: Take 30 to 40 drops, 2 to 4 times per day.

Cautions: None known.
